Gavin simply loves photography. He has a huge passion for photographing people and founded QTPortraits in 2009 as a vehicle to specialise in the sheer delight of Photographic Portraiture, and has never looked back since. He has met some amazing people along the way and created some stunning portraits. The biggest thrill of the job is seeing the look on the client's face when they first see their images. In fact, this can often be an emotional and moving experience for them.

QTPortraits is built around providing an unparalleled level of service to each and every one of our clients. Every portrait session we undertake is designed around the needs of our clients. This allows us to create the images that you want rather than us mechanically working through a standard shot list. After all, we all have different looks, different tastes, different styles and different personalities. What we aim to give you is a unique and fun experience that captures the very essence of your character in your portrait. We fully understand that being photographed, particularly in a studio setting, can be very unfamiliar and daunting. With that in mind, you'll find the QTPortraits experience to be very interactive. We aim to work with you, as a team, helping you to relax and overcome any nervousness. You needn't worry about not knowing what to do either - we will offer direction and guidance to help you find that killer pose.

With the benefit of an all-digital workflow we are able to show you your images at the point of capture. We will review and discuss them with you to make sure we are getting the images you want, to refine and improve your pose but most of all to show you how great you look.
